They are not showing more steps in this video. That's where complications start. They don't want you to move to another provider. They complicated everything. It is not user friendly at all. They know they charge a lot and they want you to stick to bluehost. Bluehost is a scam hosting and domain provider.

Seems like there's step missing - I purchased a new domain, but it isn't available in the installations page in Softaculous. (I use a host that's "powered by BlueHost")

bluehost was acquired by an internet goliath, try reaching u.s. support - not anymore! prices gone way up, more complicated to edit your website, frustration at too many turns!

today I have cancelled my account from bluehost. Been with them for 10 years. In the past 2 years the company has fallen apart. I have had two separate website accounts and within the last two years both sites have been hacked with malware - bluehost was unable to restore from backup - have had to recreate both from scratch. You think I would have learned the first time to switch providers.
